Opened in 1955, the Riviera Hotel & Casino honors its roots with updated features including its pool. At nine feet deep, it is one of the deepest in town with five lap lanes to get an intense water workout. It is accessible by entrances from the casino, convention area and restaurants along with suites with balconies facing the pool. Surrounded by chaise lounges and daybeds, there are also cabanas featuring a flat-screen television, refrigerator and seating for up to eight.

Located in the Casino Tower on the third floor rooftop, the pool known as Picnic at Downtown Grand offers a rectangle-shaped pool surrounded by lounge chairs and daybeds with umbrellas. The décor is a park with picnic tables and a fire pit. There is also a walk-up bar, the outdoor tent filled with communal picnic tables, live blackjack games and live entertainment. There are also themed events hosted including plays and movies. The roof offers a panoramic view of downtown Las Vegas.

Venetian Las Vegas offers three pools including its main pool, Azure and TAO Beach. The contemporary design includes lush foliage, topiary and gazebos surrounded by views of the Las Vegas Strip. There is a hot tub, cabanas and pavilion beds. Food is served by RIVA by Wolfgang Puck with cocktail service and a center bar. There are outdoor showers to wash off before changing. TAO Beach, located on top of TAO Asian Bistro and Nightclub, creates a Balinese experience. Set apart from the crowds, Azure offers an atmosphere of exclusivity in two swimming pools or hot tub. The cabanas come with a large flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a couch and four lounge chairs, a refrigerator stocked with water and video games.

The 11,000-square-foot main pool features a free-form waterfall, whirlpool and four 25-yard swimming lanes. The two 250-square-foot spa pools (with handicap lifts) are located in a park setting. The Waterside Cafe serves food and beverages and cocktail service is also available. Cabanas are available with a TV, refrigerator and beverages.
