With budget cuts and a soft economy, those involved in art in Las Vegas’ galleries, shops, classes, organizations and businesses are still working hard to offer a place for people to create and bring art to the world. Yet, if one is an art lover but isn’t really the creative type, there are many opportunities to volunteer and contribute to artistic expression. One does not need to draw, paint or sculpt; just show up and volunteer hours to answer phones, assist art teachers, clean up, organize and do a variety of other tasks while surrounded by the inspiration of art.
