Cinco de Mayo Festival

This is an annual family-friendly event that happens each year at Freedom Park. While exact details have yet to be announced, the day includes Mexican music, a lot of delicious food and a variety of children’s games. You can usually find a softball tournament going on at the park on Cinco de Mayo, too, as families gather to play together. There will probably be BMX races like there were last year as well. There is quite literally something for everyone at this park, from picnicking to dancing.
