Police: Thief Claims To Be Rudy Huxtable From ‘Cosby Show’

A woman arrested by Provo Police for stealing almost $600 in merchandise from an area J.C. Penney told authorities that she was Rudy Huxtable, a fictitious character from popular sitcom “The Cosby Show.”
