LAS VEGAS (KXNT) – Police are asking for the public’s help to find a person of interest in connection with the killing of a man found stabbed to death inside his Las Vegas apartment Tuesday, according to authorities.

Officers found the man’s body inside the home on the 1000 block of East Flamingo Road around 8 p.m. Tuesday, a Las Vegas Metro Police statement reported.

Investigators said the man, who lived alone, was stabbed multiple times. Authorities released surveillance video from earlier Tuesday showing the victim walking through the apartment building’s lobby with an unidentified man. Now, homicide detectives want to find and speak with that person of interest in the case.

That person is described as a tall white man, 25 to 35 years old with a medium build, short, dark hair and a close-cropped beard.

Police were also search for the victim’s missing vehicle, a silver 2015 Honda Fit with the Nevada license plate number 458-LLJ.
