LAS VEGAS (KXNT) – Two men are behind bars in connection with the shooting death of a man in a central valley apartment complex parking lot last month, according to police officials.

Abdulkadir Mohamud and Jordan Price were arrested Aug. 1 by members of the area’s Criminal Apprehension Team after detectives identified the two men as the suspected gunmen in the killing of 21-year-old Antoine Toma Williams of Henderson.

Williams was shot in the head in the parking lot of the Hampton Court Apartments on the 3900 block of Swenson Street on July 24, a Las Vegas police statement reported.

Detectives determined Mohamud, 20, and Price, 20, were among a group of people who engaged Williams in a heated argument in the apartment complex parking lot moments before the killing. A motive behind the shooting was not immediately known.

Both suspects were booked into the Clark County Detention Center on murder and conspiracy charges.
