Las Vegas, NV – NASCAR’S Kurt Busch and former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson lead the 2015 class of inductees into the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame.

Busch is a graduate of Durango high school who became a world champion driver on the stock car circuit.

Tyson, who hails from Brooklyn, has spent most of his adult years in Las Vegas. In 1986, at age 20, he became the youngest heavyweight title holder.

Also inducted in this year’s class will be local golf pro Joe Kelly, former NFL quarterback Glenn Carano and UNLV rodeo coach Ric Griffith.

This year’s group will be joining local sports icons like Andre Agassi, Dana White, and Jerry Tarkanian when they’re inducted during this year’s ceremony at Orleans Arena in June.
