LAS VEGAS (AP) — Two former employees of a Las Vegas water park have been arrested on suspicion they stole $116,000 from the amusement park.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that 20-year-old Matthew Ward and 23-year-old Nicole Vigna are charged with robbery and burglary. A third person, 21-year-old Cornelius Brown, is also charged.

Ward and Brown are accused of pulling off the robbery at the Wet n’ Wild water park in the early morning of Aug. 4. Authorities say Vigna, a former assistant manager, gave Ward the codes to access the water park’s safe.

Ward acknowledged giving the codes, but says she had no part in the crime.

Attorneys representing Ward and Brown could not be reached for comment. Vigna’s attorney says he has no comment.
