(Las Vegas, NV) — Are you still on track with your New Year’s resolution to live healthier? The Southern Nevada Health District wants to help. Registration begins today for its annual 10-in-10 Challenge.

Amanda Reichert is a Health Educator with the Southern Nevada Health District. She says the goal is to save 250 calories or burn 250 calories a day. Over each a week, you should lose a pound.

Each week you will receive two emails with tips and suggestions about how to swap foods and increase physical activity. To set up your profile page go to www.gethealthyclarkcounty.org.

Prizes are given out for those that participate regulary. The program is also available in Spanish.
