(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)– Caesars Entertainment has announced the name of the new $185 million dollar boutique hotel it will open on the Las Vegas Strip this spring –The Cromwell.

The hotel features 188 rooms, a 40,000 square foot casino and a restaurant by Giada De Laurentiis. The hotel was formerly Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall. Prior to that, it was known as Barbary Coast.

Caesars says public on-sale will begin on Monday, Feb. 24. What’s billed as the Strip’s “first standalone luxury lifestyle boutique hotel” will create an estimated 1,200 jobs for the hotel, casino, restaurant and Drai’s nightclub.
