(Las Vegas, NV) — In an effort to ease school overcrowding, the Clark County School District is holding two public meeting to discuss redrawing attendance boundaries for a number of schools.

CCSD staff, Board of Trustees, and members of the Attendance Zone Advisory Committee (AZAC) will be there to get input from concerned parents and community leaders.

The AZAC will formulate recommendations and submit them to the board for approval.

At Tuesday’s meeting, which will be held at 6 p.m. at Arbor View High School, the following schools will be discussed:

Dean Lamar Allen Elementary School
James Bilbray Elementary School
Henry and Evelyn Bozarth Elementary School
Marshall C. Darnell Elementary School
William and Mary Scherkenbach Elementary School
Sandra Lee Thompson Elementary School
Howard E. Heckethorn Elementary School
Joseph M. Neal Elementary School
Betsy Rhodes Elementary School
Vincent L. Triggs Elementary School
Arbor View High School
Shadow Ridge High School

Wednesday’s meeting will be at 6 p.m. at Palo Verde High School, and these schools will be discussed:

John W. Bonner Elementary School
Linda Rankin Givens Elementary School
William Lummis Elementary School
Clarence Piggott Elementary School
Ethel W. Staton Elementary School
Ernest Becker Middle School
Sig Rogich Middle School
Walter Johnson Junior High School
