Vegas Stripper Pleads Not Guilty
LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas stripper that is accused of driving drunk in a deadly crash has pleaded not guilty. Shauna Miller appeared for her felony arraignment, and a judge has set her trial for Dec. 9. She could face 20 years in prison if convicted.
Police say Miller was driving an H2 Hummer that hit 33-year-old James Joseph White who dies at the scene. Miller was coming from a shift at the Spearmint Rhino strip club where she says she had been drinking.
She remains at Clark County Detention Center on $200,000 bail.
