Nevada’s Population Changing, Growing
(Washington, DC) — Nevada’s population continues to grow and change.
New Census Bureau figures show the number of Silver State residents grew over two-percent between 2010 and 2012, to nearly 2.8 million people.
People of Latino heritage now account for more than 25-percent of Nevada’s population, with Asians making up nearly eight-percent.
Men still outnumber women, making up just over half of the state’s population.
