CBS LAS VEGAS-A jury has ordered Nevada’s largest health management organization to pay $500 million in punitive damages to three plaintiffs in a civil lawsuit stemming from a Las Vegas hepatitis outbreak. Robert T. Eglet, Attorney for the Plaintiffs in the Deepak Desai Case, talks about this case and the $500 million in punitive damages.

The Searchlight Wind Energy, LLC Project will consist of 87 turbines sitting on 9,300 acres of federal land.
