(Las Vegas, NV) — Drivers aren’t getting any relief at the pump.
AAA says today’s average price for a gallon of regular gas in Las Vegas is $3.50, up three cents from yesterday. A month ago, it was three-dollars and four-cents.
Nevada’s average gas price is now $3.54, up 38 cents from January.
AAA blames more expensive crude oil and regional refinery issues for the price jump. Experts say prices should peak in early May, before starting to decline.
