Las Vegas – Big men Anthony Bennett and Khem Birch led the way for the Rebels Tuesday night as UNLV took down visiting Nevada 66-54. Birch finished the game with 14 points and 7 rebounds and freshman sensation Anthony Bennett ended up with 13 points and 9 rebounds.

The Rebels out rebounded the Wolf Pack 44-28, with the loss Nevada drops to 11-9 and 2-4 in the Mountain West. UNLV is now 17-4 on the season and 4-2 in the Mountain West. The Rebels start a two game road trip on Saturday as they head to Boise State to take on the Broncos, then it’s off to Fresno to face the Bulldogs on Wednesday February 6th.
