(Henderson, NV) — Dozens of lions and cubs once part of the MGM Grand hotel’s habitat are doing fine.
The pride is now living at a ranch near Las Vegas Boulevard and Saint Rose Parkway.
Owner Keith Evans had provided the lions to MGM until it closed the habitat as part of a renovation project. Evans tells the “Las Vegas Sun” the ranch welcomed seven newborn cubs last month.
The Lion Habitat Ranch recently opened to the public for weekend viewings.
