Rebels Suffer 20th Straight Road Loss

(Las Vegas, NV) – San Diego State handed UNLV its 20th straight road loss, 24-13, Saturday night in San Diego.

Adam Muema ran for 143 yards on 21 carries and Walter Kazee added 105 yards and a touchdown on 21 rushes for the Aztecs (6-3, 4-1 Mountain West). It was the second time this season both running backs eclipsed 100 yards in the same game.

Tim Cornett ran for 127 yards and a touchdown for the Rebels (1-8, 1-3). Freshman quarterback Nick Sherry threw for 159 yards and a touchdown in the loss.

The Rebels are back home this Saturday, when they host New Mexico at 1 p.m. at Sam Boyd Stadium.
