(Las Vegas, NV) — A new survey poll from the Las Vegas Review Journal finds the presidential race tied up in Nevada, with President Obama at 47 percent and Republican Mitt Romney at 46 percent. The poll was conducted by Survey USA, and used automated messages to contact 1,222 likely voters on landlines and cellphones. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.9 percentage points. Recent polls have given Obama a bigger lead in the state, the last NBC/WSJ/Marist poll in late September also showed a tight race. Romney has yet to lead a poll in Nevada.
