(Carson City, NV)  –  A group of doctors is urging Nevada lawmakers to expand the state’s Medicaid program to cover more people.

The Nevada State Medical Association also wants an increase in fees paid to doctors who treat Medicaid patients.

Governor Brian Sandoval says the Legislature will decide if Nevada should provide coverage for more low-income residents.
