(Las Vegas, NV) — The man accused of killing four people last week has admitted to police that he had been drinking and was speeding at the time of the accident.
In a police report obtained by KXNT, 24 year-old Gary Lee Hosey Jr. admitted that he had one alcholic beverage prior to the crash.
He was given a preliminary breath test at the scene and upon arriving at Sunrise Hospital had blood drawn.
Witnesses to the accident say that they believe the car was traveling more than 100 miles per hour.
Hosey is being charged with four counts of felony DUI resulting in death.
Hosey will be in court Friday.
