Study: Mothers Stress Out Making School Lunches For Kids
LAS VEGAS (CBS Las Vegas) — A new study finds that packing their kids’ lunches can stress mothers out.
According to Coupons.com, 50 percent of moms get stressed out shopping and preparing their child’s school lunches.
The website suggests that moms should take shortcuts in packing lunch boxes, by freezing a week’s worth of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and also choosing pre-made items and snacks.
Coupons.com found that fewer than 50 percent of parents make lunch for their kids three times a week, but fathers are more likely to pack lunch than moms nowadays.
More than 2,200 adults took part in the online survey conducted by Harris Interactive last month.
