(Las Vegas, NV)  —  The local chapter of The American Red Cross is assisting nearly 50 people left homeless in a Thursday night apartment fire.

The Disaster Action Team meets with victims of home fires and other local disasters to make sure they have a safe place to sleep, food, clothing, medication and other essentials.

If you would like to make a donation to help local families who have lost their homes to fire, call (702) 369-3674, or visit the Red Cross website to make a secure online contribution.
