(Las Vegas, NV) — President Barack Obama landed at McCarron Airport at 12:20pm this afternoon en route to a speech at Cox Pavillion at UNLV. The speech will be heard live on KXNT 100.5FM. Its the President’s third visit to Las Vegas and follows a swing through California for fundraisers Thursday. The President is expected to touch on a number of economic issues during the UNLV speech, including the ongoing debate over interest rates for student loans.

Obama is expected to instruct his administration to streamline the loan application process and provide more information about repayment options before students graduate.
