(Las Vegas, NV) — With temperatures expected to reach nearly 105 degrees today, a number of cooling stations will open to the public.

The homeless can find relief during the daytime hours at Catholic Charities on Las Vegas Boulevard North, or at the Salvation Army and Shade Tree shelters on West Owens. Six other public cooling stations will be open in the Vegas Valley today.
