(Las Vegas) – Voter turnout is expected to be low for tomorrow’s special election in one Las Vegas city council ward.  Nine candidates are vying for the seat held by District Attorney Steve Wolfson in Ward Two.  Last week, less than 19-hundred voters in the ward cast early ballots.  About 43-thousand people are eligible to vote in the southwest valley district.  The special election is tomorrow.
