County Reaches Tentative Deal With Union

(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Clark County has reached a tentative agreement on a new two-year contract with the union that represents a number of workers.  The deal with the Service Employees International Union calls for no cost-of-living increase during the contract, along with merit and longevity pay freezes.  The deal will cover workers at several county agencies, including McCarran Airport, the Convention and Visitors Authority and the Southern Nevada Health District.
