Pigeon Proposal Struck Down

(Las Vegas, NV)  —  A proposed ordinance that would have made it illegal to intentionally feed pigeons in Clark County has flown out the window.  Commissioners yesterday rejected the measure, in part because it would have sentenced bird lovers to six months in jail or a fine of $1000.  Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani says her proposed ordinance would have reimbursed the county for cleaning up the mess pigeons leave behind.
