Clark County Judge’s Son Arrested

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The 19-year-old son of Clark County District Judge Donald Mosley has been arrested on suspicion of reckless driving.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Michael Mosley was arrested by the Nevada Highway Patrol on the misdemeanor violation.

According to records, he had outstanding warrants for registration and parking violations, and unlawful acts of financial responsibility.

A woman who answered the judge’s phone said Donald Mosley was away and had no comment.

In 2008, Michael Mosley was accused of racing another 16-year-old boy. The other boy’s car crashed and killed a teenage female passenger.

Prosecutors said there wasn’t enough evidence to show Michael Mosley was street racing.

At the time, he was under a court order to drive only to and from school because of a previous reckless driving case.
