(Las Vegas, NV)  –  The Nevada Supreme Court has paved the way for a resolution on the future of the troubled Harmon Tower on the Strip.  Justices have allowed a legal team to be reinstated, so that a lower court judge can rule whether MGM Resorts or Perini Building is financially responsible for damages.  An engineering firm says the 27-story Harmon Tower could collapse in a large earthquake. MGM Resorts and Perini have blamed each other for the tower’s instability.
