(Las Vegas, NV) — A Carson City woman is suing the federal government over its ban on firearms for medical marijuana users. The “Sun” says according to the suit, S. Rowan Wilson claims she tried to buy a .357-magnum pistol earlier this month, but the dealer refused, citing her medical pot registry card from the state of Nevada. Wilson says she uses pot to ease severe cramping. The feds have not yet responded to Wilson’s lawsuit.
