Las Vegas – There was confusion and controversy at the sports books on Saturday when the Pac-12 changed the final score of the USC from 17 to 14 Trojans to 23-14 Trojans. The Pacific-12 Conference announced it was overruling game officials who had not allowed a touchdown by USC’s Torin Harris after a blocked field-goal attempt. USC was favored by 8 ½ points making the original score of 17-14 a win for Utah ticket holders. Depending on the sports book and their posted rules some books like the Hilton quit paying on Utah tickets and started paying on USC tickets other books like the MGM stuck with the final score of 17-14 and only paid on Utah tickets. Station Casinos announced it was paying on both. The Director of Lucky’s Race in Sports Book Jimmy Vacarro talked to the KXNT Morning news this morning about how they handled the issue.
