TORONTO (AP) — The Toronto Blue Jays activated Jesse Litsch from the disabled list Monday and optioned the right-hander to triple-A Las Vegas.
The 26-year-old player was placed on the 15-day DL May 19 with a right shoulder injury.
Litsch made eight starts for Toronto this season, posting a 4-3 record with a 4.66 earned-run average.
He was 0-2 with a 6.59 ERA in seven starts in the minors in 2011.
