Gunshot Victim Identified As Former Athlete
LAS VEGAS – The man killed outside the Tenaya Creek Brewery last night has been identified by the Clark County Coroner’s office.
The 22-year-old alumni of Faith Lutheran High School, who played football there, is Michael Portaro. 8newsnow.com reports his brother Joe just finished up his career at Faith Lutheran as a quarterback.
Police found Portaro shot to death in the parking lot outside of the brewery, on Tenaya Way near Cheyenne Avenue, but how it all happened is still unresolved.
Police are not even sure Portaro was ever in the bar. With a lack of witnesses, there is no description of any suspects.
