(Las Vegas, NV)  –  A former strip club owner could return to prison for violating the terms of his release.  According to federal prosecutors, Rick Rizzolo committed a “pattern of deceit” after he was released from a local halfway house in April 2008. 

They claim the former Crazy Horse Too owner concealed a number of financial deals, and failed to pay back taxes as part of a plea agreement to end an FBI investigation. 

A hearing on Rizzolo’s fate resumes May 9th.
