Caesars Palace Creating Nobu Tower

A New York-based firm will renovate one of the oldest hotel towers at Caesars Palace. The “Review-Journal” says the resort is turning over the Centurion Tower to Nobu Hospitality, which will turn the 180-room building into its first-ever hotel, to be called Nobu Hotel Las Vegas. It will feature a Japanese theme and upscale rates. Nobu, which features actor Robert De Niro as one of its operators, operates 26 restaurants around the world, including one at the Hard Rock Hotel.
