Home Grown Fuel To Power County Vehicles

vehicles Home Grown Fuel To Power County Vehicles

“GDiesel” has arrived here in Clark County, and will soon be powering the County’s fleet of diesel-powered vehicles and generators.

The new fuel is called GDiesel, a cleaner burning, less expensive fuel.  The low-emission fuel is being produced just outside of Reno by Advanced Refining Concepts.

This is just one of several new initiatives the County has under taken to conserve energy and help protect the environment in Southern Nevada.

Clark County Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani is kicking off the arrival of the new fuel later this morning, at the County’s Automotive Division at 4241 Stephanie Street near Horseman’s Park.
