It would seem to make sense — if you’re a person on the lam, you shouldn’t tell the world through your Facebook page where you have relocated.
That’s what happened to a man who skipped out on parole in California 12 years ago. He ended up moving to Montana. And that’s where Robert Lewis Crose messed up. He beefed on his Facebook page last month that his water line froze because the temperature fell to 20 degrees below zero. When someone asked where he was, he disclosed he was in Cut Bank, Montana — a small town just south of the Canadian border. A fugitive task force got wind of the info, tracked him down — and arrested him.
