"Hottest Reporter in Mexico" Is Back

sainz385 "Hottest Reporter in Mexico" Is Back

The female sports reporter who made headlines last month for alleged harassment by New York Jets players says she’s ready to go back to work. The “New York Daily News” reports Ines Sainz plans to return next week with a piece about the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, she says she’ll be interviewing players on the field or sidelines and not in the locker room. At a California press conference this week, the 32-year-old Sainz said “I’m not going into the locker rooms anymore. It’s not a good place right now for me. I don’t want to be in there.” In a letter to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, Sainz, the self-described “hottest reporter in Mexico,” said she’s ready to return to Mexico’s TV Azteca after taking a month off to rebound from the ordeal that led to an NFL investigation. Sainz became national news when she attended a Jets practice to interview quarterback Mark Sanchez. While waiting for the interviews, other players and coaches reportedly began throwing footballs in her direction in hopes of getting close to her. She also reportedly endured catcalls and whistles in the locker room that she said made her feel “uncomfortable.”
