How can a restaurant with a sandwich named the Ellen Degeneres possibly go wrong? These tacos include “raw power tacos” and collard greens. The VegeNation Superfood Burger. The Russian standard prepared with organic gluten-free pasta sauce, braised eggplant and kale to give it a bit of a punch. VegeNation is a community-based restaurant serving fresh, global street food made with local vegetables and fruit whenever possible. The food is 100 percent “plant-based” and this restaurant is, as the site states, “a green-rated eco-friendly restaurant, utilizing local salvaged materials and compost, and implementing sustainable practices.” Delicious and ecologically sound – what a wonderful mix!
