The annual Bite of Las Vegas festival is taking the audience from the 1990s to today with its concert lineup including Third Eye Blind, Andy Grammer, Lifehouse, NEEDTOBREATHE and Hillary Duff. Third Eye Blind has released four best-selling albums, and with a new album due later this year. Expected to perform his current No. 1 hit, “Honey, I’m Good,” Andy Grammer has been recording since 2011. Lifehouse is know for hits “You and Me” and “First Time” with a new release in 2015. Hillary Duff’s latest album has been released and fans can see her on TVLand’s “Younger.” Tickets start at $16 with food and beverage available for purchase.

Las Vegas is considered the ninth island for Hawaiians and the city of Las Vegas, in partnership with Las Vegas Hula, will present the Summer Island Castaway Concert. Performances include native island hula and Fijian warrior dances. Volcano Island Steel Drum Band will perform an hour-long concert of calypso, island, luau, reggae and steel drum music. Hawaiian shaved ice and other food is available for purchase. It is lawn seating and attendees may bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Jack Sanders established the Sanders Family Winery in Pahrump, Nevada, 45 miles west of Las Vegas. Its Betsie Sanders Performing Arts Theater, outside of the winery, features a variety of shows including stand-up comedy, tribute shows (including Elvis), R&B, jazz and opera. On July 24, the winery will present Broadway musical review concert “A Magical Music Tour,” starring Lynn Peterson and The Phatt Kattz. The outdoor theater includes seating with a free wine tasting. Guests are encouraged to bring food.

Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa presents its Jazz Under The Stars concert series poolside on the last Thursday of the month. On July 30, the Tizer Quartet and Chieli Minucci will perform. Tizer combines various musical genres to create its jazz fusion sound. Minucci is an Emmy award-winning and Grammy-nominated guitarist, composer and bandleader. Vincent Ingala, a multi-instrumentalist, writer and producer will perform on Aug. 27. Saxophonist Marcus Anderson, who performs a combination of jazz, R&B and pop, will play on Sept. 24. The pool area includes cabanas for rent, bar and food for purchase and seating close to the performances.

Fremont Street Experience is presenting its Rock of Vegas 2015 free summer concert series on its two stages on the pedestrian walkway. Rockers Theory of a Deadman has had seven top 10 hits, and will perform July 18 on 1st Street Stage. Their hits include “Bad Girlfriend,” “So Happy,” “Lowlife” and “Not Meant to Be.” Spin Doctors, known for “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong” and Cherry Poppin’ Daddies will take 1st Street Stage on Aug. 1. Cherry Poppin’ Daddies are part of the swing movement with the million album-selling “Zoot Suit Riot.” Rockers Kansas and Blue Öyster Cult will play 3rd Street Stage on Sept. 6. Kansas has sold eight platinum albums with hits “Carry On My Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind.” Blue Öyster Cult has sold over 24 million albums. All concerts are standing room only.
