Sheri Kaminski started kettlebell training as a means of physical rehabilitation and training after a car accident left her with chronic pain and limited ability. Her passion for the sport led her to open her studio after graduating as a certified personal trainer and receiving her RKC certification from Pavel. Sheri threw herself into teaching small kettlebell groups and remains to be an enthusiastic instructor. Staying away from conventional equipment, she hosts monthly boot camps for brand new trainers from all over the country graduating from her alma mater, Professional Fitness Institute.
