Who says you can’t get good pie in Sin City? Besides, does it really matter which is better, thin or thick crust? Below are some of the best pizza joints in Las Vegas with pie to tempt any preference. – Diane Quinn

Bambini’s Pizzeria and Rotisserie

4090 West Craig Road
North Las Vegas, NV 89032

Ever since it opened, wait lines are proving that this place has some of the best pizza and Italian food in Las Vegas. Take a gang and order up Bambini’s specialty, a 30-inch “Giant Pizza” that they like to compare in size to a Roman shield. (It’s probably an Italian thing.) This family-friendly spot has a full menu of other freshly made items. Eating pizza at Bambini’s comes with comfortable ambiance and a television screen at every booth. Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Biaggio’s Pizzeria

4235 South Fort Apache, No. 160
Las Vegas, NV 89147
(702) 207-4992

Attention pizza fanatics! If brick-oven-baked, hand-tossed pizza is your favorite food any time, look no further than Biaggio’s. Who needs plain old ham and eggs when you can order an egg and sausage pizza? Even better, there’s no need to work at your desk over lunch anymore. Biaggio’s is the only pizza joint in Las Vegas that offers free Wi-Fi. Bring your laptop and you can eat your favorite pie without missing any important e-mails. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Montesano’s Eatery

9905 South Eastern Avenue
Las Vegas, NV 89183

The Montesano brothers have managed to infuse the flavor of the Bronx into their New York City style pizza. But, hey, they don’t want to discriminate. That’s why they also sell other popular styles like thick crust or stuffed pizza and even tempting gourmet and vegetarian pizza. This friendly restaurant also offers a full menu of Italian food favorites. But watch out! If you become a regular, you’re automatically a part of “la famiglia”! You can’t go wrong with the Montesano House Special pizza — it comes loaded.
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Rocco’s NY Pizza

10860 West Charleston Boulevard, No. 190
Las Vegas, NV 89135
(702) 796-0111 ‎

Rocco’s knows what it does best, and that’s New York style pizza. Fresh flavors pop in their sauces and their homemade mozzarella. Bronx-born Rocco previously owned two other locations, which he sold. His restaurant on West Charleston remains “the real deal,” although other places still carry his name. If the thought of delicious sausage makes you drool, you won’t want to miss out on Rocco’s sausage pizza. Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
