Well Rounded Mama offers a variety of classes for mommies and daddies to be, including a comprehensive, two-hour class exploring the benefits of water birth. Instructors discuss how the birthing pool may decrease pain and increase relaxation during the delivery process. They will also provide detailed information on what hospitals provide water births and what care providers may assist you in the process. Well Rounded Mama has doulas available for education and support as well. When your baby arrives, explore topics such as vaccines, circumcision and postpartum depression.

Expectant mothers learn hypnosis, Lamaze and imagery techniques to stay calm and minimize pain during their delivery. Partners will learn how to better help moms during the birthing process. This five-hour condensed class will cover everything from labor and delivery to relaxation and meditation techniques. St. Rose also offers grandparenting, new father classes and baby basics so you know what to do when you get home.
