(Las Vegas, NV) — One parent is sounding off over a pepper-spraying incident at Chaparral High.
School police say they used the chemical to break up a crowd during a lunchtime fight on campus Friday.
Aaron Aguirre tells the “Sun” his daughter was hit in the face with the spray, causing her to have breathing problems and ruining her contact lenses. He accused school police of using “excessive force.”
Police spokesman Ken Young says the spraying is still under investigation.
