(Las Vegas, NV — Two Henderson men have pleaded guilty to federal charges stemming from what prosecutors allege was a marijuana dispensary in Las Vegas.

Brothers Raymond Medlin and Eric Medlin pleaded guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas to conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana.

U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden says they could face up to 40 years in prison at sentencing Nov. 29.

The two men admitted owning and operating a marijuana dispensary called Organic Releaf that was raided by federal authorities in September 2010.

They weren’t arrested at that time. But their mother, Caroline Dellevalle, and co-defendant Chad Uhl were convicted of conspiracy charges and sentenced to five years’ supervised release.

Bogden says storefront pot dispensaries aren’t allowed in Nevada, and it’s illegal to sell “medical marijuana” in the state.
