Congressman Dean Heller may be moving closer to a run for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by John Ensign.  The “Review-Journal” says Heller is telling confidants he will make an announcement as soon as next week.  That could set up a race for Heller’s seat in the House, which is in a safe Republican district covering much of northern and rural Nevada.  Lieutenant Governor Brian Krolicki is considering a run for Heller’s job, along with Tea Party favorite Sharron Angle, who lost her race to unseat Senator Harry Reid last year.  Among Democrats, Congresswoman Shelley Berkley is considering a run for the Senate, but she’s not expected to make a decision until later this year.
