Sambalatte Torrefazione is a café with outdoor seating, an indoor lounge area and a quiet loft. Brewing coffee is taken very seriously with seven processes available including French press, vacuum brew, chemex pot and aero press. Couches and stuffed chairs with coffee tables are placed around the walls with seating in the center of the room. Local artists, musicians and poets are featured in the evening and the business is operated by a husband-and-wife team encouraging their patrons to just hang out.
