Ethel M’s has some special fall and holiday treats planned for its guests and one of the favorites is a pumpkin pie truffle. Delicious, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth delectable and down-right addictive, this has been a seasonal favorite of visitors and locals for years, and this autumn is no exception. This treat will be available in the “design your own box” case and in special pre-packaged seasonal collections. Take a stroll in the beautiful cactus garden, get your free sample and be prepared to be amazed. Pumpkin truffles can only be found at Henderson’s own chocolatier, Ethel M’s Chocolate Factory, where treats are prepared without preservatives and in small batches to match the original recipes first made in 1911.

Starting at Thanksgiving, Freed’s Bakery will be creating its pumpkin specialties. The first event is the unveiling of the incredible pumpkin pie, but Freed’s will also be adding pumpkin cheesecake (a New York-style cheesecake infused with lots of delicious pumpkin and spices) and pumpkin black and whites that mimic the East Coast favorite. Pumpkin will also be featured in either the wildly popular pumpkin cheesecake cupcakes or the bakery may just opt for a sliced, rolled version of pumpkin sponge cake with cream cheese icing layered in between. You’ll surely feel well satisfied and in the holiday spirit with delicious treats from this bakery.
