Las Vegas is arguably one of the nation’s most prestigious dining capitals. Interestingly enough, though, the barbecue here really falls below the charts. No one establishment holds prestige in Sin City like it might in Memphis, Kansas City or other locations known for all that comes out of the smoker and off the grill. The Valley does hold its fair share of local favorites, however, both on the strip and in the suburbs. Whether local, tourist or traveler looking for a great hearty meal while driving through the desert, you’ll be sure to find your fixing for some good pulled pork at one of the following establishments.

Guests will instantly recognize celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse’s namesake, but chef de cuisine Scott Pajak is one of the most dedicated chefs in the city and his work certainly shows through incredible taste. The pulled pork is just one of many spectacular selections here. In addition, skip the Bam’wich and go for the giant pretzel and the green chile pork nachos. Enjoy the game on more than 100 TVs while you’re at it.
